Instructions to make Gobhi Manchurian:
  1. Cut and wash big pieces of cauliflower and blanch in hot water for 5 minutes
  2. Take dry ingredients as shown add 1 tsp oil and lemon juice and marinate blanched cauliflower for 20 minutes
  3. Now add corn flour and all-purpose flour and coat florets by sprinkling some water
  4. Fry in hot oil
  5. Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil add chopped garlic and chilli fry for 2 minutes add chopped onion
  6. Add Soya sauce sezwan chutney vinegar tomato catch-up salt pepper powder half cup water
  7. Add fried cauliflower mix well on high flame.. garnish with green garlic and coriander
