First wash the cauliflower florets,then take it out in a bowl add salt,red chilli powder $black pepper.mix it all nicely..then add both the flour properly and coat very well..if the mix is too dry then sprinkle 2-3 tbsp of water..then take a woke add oil heat it up on medium.to low flame then fry our florets and till.it become crispy and golden in colour

Then take another pan add 2 tbsp of oil..add3-4 chopped garlic,and 1 inch chopped ginger saute till raw smell loose out.then add 1 finely chopped onion saute till it become pink in colour.the add 2-3 tbsp of green part spring onion.saute..then add our three sauce combine it properly then add 1-2 tbsp of water..add 1-2chopped green onion..for thickness the gravy add 2 tbsp of cornflour slurry..after the gravy is cooked well.add our fried florets.and its done to serve
  4. Enjoy with fried rice,parathas..note…immediately serve it otherwise it become soggy
