- When they cool, they'll become crispy and ready to eat. Keep an eye on the cookies and adjust the cooking time according to your microwave. Heat until they are crispy.
- In this example, → they got burnt a little from baking too much. Make sure you keep an eye on them while they are baking.
- Addendum: If you use moist okara (from a local tofu maker), then you won't need to use milk to get the same results.
- Addendum: Cook for 3 minutes in a microwave and then for about 90 seconds in a heated toaster oven until they turn a nice color.
