- Mix all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add small mount of Oil to the heated frying pan or wok over medium high heat, cook thinly sliced Pork until nicely browned. Transfer to a plate.
- Add extra 1 tablespoon Oil, cook Eggs and warmed Cooked Rice, return the cooked Pork, and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add all the sauce and mix well to combine.
