- Add one tablespoon ghee then Dry roast the vermicelli till it is reddish pink and let it cool.
- Fry all the dry fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios, Raisins) for 5 minutes.
- Don't fry dry dates just cut them lengthwise after deseeding them.
- Boil the milk for 20 minutes till it reduced. Then add little milk in dry dates to soaked.
- Add all the fried dry fruits, making sure that the gas is on low.Add roasted vermicelli. Then add cardamom powder.
- Add dry dates to the milk.then add sugar 1 cup.
- Mix it well all the ingredients.
- Now serve as a hot and garnish it with dry Fruits.
