  3. Heat a nonstick tava, spread 1-2 tsp oil pour a ladleful of the ready batter & spread into a circle.
  4. Allow it cook on low-medium heat for a minute, then sprinkle some amchoor and red chilli powder on top. Cook for another minute.
  5. Flip and cook from the other side, drizzle a little ghee from the sides.
