- Use foil and or oil a baking sheet large enough to hold all the wings
- Mix all ingredients (except wings) in a bowl large enough to hold and mix all the wings
- Add wings to bowl. Mix very well (I just use both hands), even out any clumps of the spices on the wings.
- Spread wings out on baking sheet
- It's better to put the thick skin side up so it is crispy.
- Bake for 1 hour, but adjust for the size of your wings. Mine were large, but not huge.
- Remove and serve
