- Cut 1 Gyoza skin into 1/4 size (use 3 sheets) and put skins on the meat ball with the round edge up. see photo
- Cut 1 Gyoza skin into half (1/2 size) and put skins around meat ball. (use 2 sheets) The point is to fold the edge of the skin a little outward.
- Make a mist blow. Steam for 10 minutes
- I made OBENTO with ROSE GYOZA DUMPLING!!
