- Take 1 tsp Oregano to seasoning
Instructions to make Salted sauted veggies:
- First take a bowl and add some corn starch and add some water, and stir to combine well without any kind of lumps.
- Now add soy sauce, sugar, red chilli sauce, vinegar mix everything well and keep it aside.
- Heat 2 tbsp in a wok over high heat and add chopped garlic, ginger, slits of green chillies and stir for a while.
- Then start adding Vegetables one after the other, broccoli, carrots, baby corns, beans, and saute these for a while, then add onions, capsicum, mushrooms, cabbage, tofu pieces and toss everything well by sprinkling it salt and pepper on it.
- Let it cook for 5 min until they're slightly tender but it should maintain it's crunch, so don't overcook.
- Now add prepared the soy, corn starch mixture into and stir well to combine all the flavour together.
- Adjust seasoning as per your taste, serve hot with toast by sprinkle some oregano seasoning over it
