- Take a sprouts wash 3-4 water take a pan heat oil add jeera astofedia and turmeric powder and green chilli add all wash sprouts in a pan
- Add salt and one tea cup of water and steam for 15 min then add other spices (red chilli powder, corinder, lemon, chaat masala)in to sprouts mix well
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve
