- Get 1/2 red onion, 3 green onions, assorted 3-4 peppers(sm), 1/2 green pepper (Wash, dice and add to gravy) Let cook for 15-20 min. on medium - low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking or lumps
- Take Add sea salt, cayenne pepper, onion powder(cover, simmer and cook to desired consistency)
- Make ready oyster fried mushrooms
- Prepare Lightly Rinse/clean oyster mushrooms and cut off bottom stems that seems ruff (if preferred)
- Make ready Season with sea salt, onion powder and cayenne pepper
- Make ready Lightly coat mushrooms with spelt flour (use ziplock bag to fill with flour and put in seasoned mushrooms in bag and shake)
- Take Coat bottom skillet or frying pan with grape seed oil and place mushrooms separately in heated skillet. Turning them when browned
- Make ready Place them on paper towel to remove excess oil and enjoy!
