- Then add maida and cornflour in it and mix. Now add salt, kashmiri mirch, ginger garlic paste and then mix. Make small balls and then deep fry.
- For little gravy…heat oil in a kadai. add capsicum, onion, ginger, garlic then fry for some time.Now add ajinomotto, soya sauce, tomato sauce then fry and add manchurian balls. mix and cook for some time.
- Add coriander leaves and serve with fried rice.
