- Next take blender jar and add all the fruits with adding milk and coconut water and blend into smooth.Next take out in a big bowl and garnish it with pineapple,mango pieces, coconut pieces,crushed corn flakes into granules and chia seeds and chill again in fridge and have this coolest one smoothie bowl which you will love.
