- Caulifliwer to crush it
- Add ggc paste,salt,red mirch,rice flour,cornflor,red colour in cauliflower
- Mix very well and make a balls
- Deep fry in oil..
- Take a pan…add 4sn oil and ggc past1 sn..
- Chopped cauliflower,shimla mirch in pan
- Salt,manchrin masala,soya sauce,chilli sauce in it saute for a minite
- Add manchrian in pan mix all ingrediants proply
- Cook it law flame for2 minute
- Turn off flame..add in plate..enjoy hot dry manchurian
