- Prepare 1 green bell pepper cut into length wise
- Make ready 10 pces of green French beans > cut into small pieces
- Prepare 1 Tomato cut into medium size cubes (discard seeds)

- Mix ingredients for cauliflower chunks and keep aside
- Mix ingredients for paste and add to prepared cauliflower chunks, mix well
- Preheat the Air fryer for 3 minutes on 200’C (if you don’t have Air fryer, you can deep fry the chunks)
- Grease the air fryer bowl with olive oil and spread the chunks in single layer
- Put it on the air fryer for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes open the fryer and brush cauliflower chunks with olive oil and put it back for another 15 minutes, (cook the next batch similarly)
