- Mix paprika and salt. Rub the mix on chicken thighs (both side)
- In a bowl mix cream cheese and garlic powder. Add baby spinach to the mix. I had put some hot water on the baby spinach before mixing it with the cream cheese
- Stuff the filling in the chicken. I used baking paper to make pockets to keep the fillings inside.
- Bake it for 45 mins to an hour or till it’s cooked
- Serve warm with your choice of veggies
