- Marinate the chicken into the yoghurt mixture evenly. Place it in the fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight. Cover the bowl with wrapping paper.
- Heat the oven as high as possible for 15 minutes. Place the chicken on the baking tray and bake it for 15-20 minutes at 200°C until well cooked and not raw in the middle.
- Another options: bake the chicken on the griller or bbq it.
