  3. rub the chicken thighs with remaining oil and sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon pepper and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  4. grill until nicely marked and cooked through, 10 to 12 min. per side.
  5. transfer to a cutting board and let stand for 5 min
  6. add Orzo to boiling water and cook according to package directions for al dente, stirring the peas in the last min. of cooking.
  7. drain the Orzo and peas, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid.
  8. stir the Orzo and peas into the yogurt mixture, along with the goat cheese, 3 tablespoons of fresh herbs and at least 3/4 cup of cooking liquid until wel combined.
  9. transfer to a serving platter
  10. thinly slich chicken and arrange on top of the Orzo, sprinkle with lemon zest and remaining fresh herbs and serve
