  2. Make ready 50 g sugar

  2. Then add the flour and continue to mix it until a dough is formed. Knead until it is smooth.
  3. Rub the doughnut dough with the olive oil and cover it for about 1 hour.
  4. Roll the dough on a smooth surface using a rolling pin with about half inch thickness. Use a Doughnut cutter to cut the doughnuts into classic ring shape and set aside.
  5. Pour some vegetable oil in a pot and heat it up. When the oil is hot, fry the doughnut to get a golden yellow colour.
