- Remove from the sugar syrup..let it cool and dry a little on seive or muslin cloth
- Take milk and milk powder in pan….cook a littke..and then add gulkand and dry fruits…mix properly
- Let it cool…take 1 watermelon rind piece and put 1 teaspoon of stuffing…fold it like paan

- Keep it in fridge and serve it coool this summer…
