- Add all your ingredients together for dough, except the egg scramble lightly then add. Your dough will be crumbly like pat into bottom of foil lined pan. Save a little extra for topping)
- Now add your diced strawberrys to bowl thawed frozen berries, if there is to much juice drain some out. Add 1/2 cup sugar, pinch if salt, cornstartch & lemon zest and spred over crust
- now add your oats to left over dough combine and sprinkle over top of filling
- bake 375 for 45 minutes till golden on top
