- Remove Curry patta
- Wow leftover
- Leftover half shirmal
- Keep it side
- In a chopper add slice and leftover vegetables
- Chop them fine
- Mashallah see the texture
- Add salt red chilli powder and haldi
- Add Hara dhaniya and leftover aloo
- Mixx it well
- Set it then freeze it for 5 minutes
- Take leftover sheermal
- Cut it from centre with the help of doughnut cutter or any cap of water bottle
- From This leftover sheermal make it breadcrumbs and freeze for next recipe
- Now make tikki
- In a small bowl add besan
- Add salt. red chilli powder and haldi
- Chat masala kasuri methi and baking soda
- Add water and make paste
- In a large kadhai add oil heat your tawa on another stove it's a tip
- Make normal paste and rest it for 5 minutes
- Take your tikki put in the basin mixture
- Fry it from both sides
- 3 to 4 drops of oil on tawa
- Change the sides
- Remove tikki from oil
- Put it on hot tawa and press it from both sides
- Also buns
- Add ketchup tikki onions
- Cover it ππ ready to eat
