- Now take out the dough from bowl and again knead it for a min… Divide it into 8 equal portions..And roll each into puri sized roll… Place the paneer stuffing long on the one side.. and roll the dough to cover the stuffing..And slice the remaining dough into strips using a knife…Wrap those strips on the covered filling and tuck in the remaining strips in the bottom or cut out the extra.
- Place them on a greased baking tray and brush with little ghee and keep aside for 15 min.
- Keep the tray in microwave oven for 30min or until golden brown on 180°.
