6. once mixture is smooth and creamy, add nutmeg, basil, and rosemary. mix while adding
7. add parmesan cheese to sauce mixture. mix with whisk. sauce will thicken
8. place bed of cooked pasta on plate, add desired chicken sausage and smother with sauce
