- Prepare 100 grm paneer cut into cubes
- Take 1and 1/2 cup curd
- Get 1 tbsp gram flour

Steps to make Curd paneer gravy:
- First in a bowl take curd and gram flour / besan. Mix it well, keep it aside.
- Now in a kadai, take 2 tsp oil,add mustard seeds mad cumin seeds then add ginger green chilli paste. Cook it for about 1 minute. Then add turmeric powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder and salt as per taste.mix well.
- Then add curd mix in it and cook it for about 5-7 minutes on low flame. Then add kasuri methi. Now add paneer cubes and Mix well. Cover it and cook it for about 3-4 minutes.
- Curd paneer gravy is ready. Serve hot with roti or paratha.
