  1. Boil the pieces of chaap in hot water for 10-15 min
  2. Grind all the ingredients of gravy in juicer.
  3. Now cook the masala in a cooking pot by adding mustard oil in it cook the masala fror 20 min now add alll dry masala according to your taste
  4. Add milk cream and milk in to the gravy and you can also add maggi masala in to the gravy.
  5. And you can also add some amount of water in it cook it well untill it's not cooked welll
  6. At the end now you can add boiled chap into the gravy and mix it welll and leave it for 10 minutes,now you can put it in to the bowl and garnish with amul cream green chilli and coriander leaves and serve the welll cooked punjabi tadka Gravy chaap
