  5. Take out ganache from the fridge.Make small balls out of ganache mixture.
  6. Put 1 hazelnut and 1 ball of ganache into the dates and close the dates.Keep them in the fridge for 15 min.
  7. Melt chocolate in a bowl in double boiler.
  8. Now dip each date into melted chocolate with the help of fork and roll over the cashew nut pieces.
