1. Boil the broccoli along with stalk n spinach,make purée & keep aside.
2. Marinate the chicken with the spices n keep it fr 15 min.Dust them with flour.In a pan add 2tbsp olive oil n fried the chicken nice n crisp..keep aside.
3. Boil the pasta in sufficient water with salt,drain..smear some oil.In a fresh kadai add 1 tbsp of olive oil.Add minced garlic along with chopped onion cook till translucent,add the mushroom n cook fr a while.Now add the puréed broccoli n spinach salt n pepper cook fr 3-5 min.It shdnt be dry add the boiled pasta toss it nicely. The pastas shd be well coated with the purée,add 3tbsp of cream,grated cheese mix n switch of the gas.
4. In a dish empty the pasta vessel n cover it with crispy chicken strips.
