- Make ready Radish chopped
- Get Onions medium sized
- Get Tomatoes large
- Take Ginger garlic paste

Instructions to make Radish gravy:
- Take a pressure cooker add oil and when it gets hot add 1 spoon fennel and 1 spoon jeera and let it splutter.
- Add onions and 2 green chillies and saute for 1 minute.
- Add 2 spoons ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off
- Now add tomatoes and rock salt and saute for 1 minute.
- Add chopped radish and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the ingredients in masala and saute for 30 seconds
- Add 1 cup water and mix the masala and when it boils put the lid on the pressure cooker and give 2 whistles and simmer for 1 minute.
- Open the pressure cooker when the pressure goes off and switch on the stove and add the cashew poppy seed paste and boil till gravy thickens.
- Add 1 spoon sugar (optional).
- Switch off the stove once it thickens and garnish and serve with coriander leaves.
