- First take a pan add oil, Chopped onions mix it well. Cook it for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi powder, coariander powder mix it well.
- Now add tomato puree and salt,and water mix it well.cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add paneer and garam masala mix it slowly&cook it for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Make chapati / roti dough. Roll chapatis with the dough and cook half until spots appear. Keep aside.
- Take a pan & apply butter on it put chapati on it cook it. Now put masala or mixture into chapti and roll it.
- Take it out and serves hot with tomato sauce or schezwan chutney
