- Soak kidney beans for 5-6hrs.make a paste onion,garlic and ginger
- Make a paste of tomato and green chillies,in a pan cook onion paste,add salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder when onion released oil
- Add tomato puree and cook till oil released.add kidney beans and 2 glass water in the masala and pressure cooker for 3 whistle
- It's cooked now
- Transfer again in the kadai /pan add all dry spices and garnish with fresh coriander and serve with jeera rice
