  1. Take mushroom and wash it with hot water. Take out their stem and keep it aside.
  2. Take a bowl and add grated paneer in it. Add 2 finely chopped chillies, ginger and mix it well. Now add 1/2 teaspoon salt and red chilli powder, some finely diced dryfruits. Mix it and fill it in mushrooms.
  3. Coat these mushrooms with corn flour syrup and fry it on medium flame till it changes to golden brown colour. Keep it aside.
  4. Take a pan and add oil in it. Let it gets hot and add cumin seeds in it. Cook it for 1 min and add ginger paste and 2 chopped green chillies in it. Cook it for another 2 min and add onion in it. Cook it for 5 min on medium flame and add capsicum in it. Cook it for another 5 min and then add french beans in it.
  5. Cook all these vegetables till it gets soften and then add salt, red chilli powder in it. Cook it for 2 min and add soya sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar in it. Mix it again.
  6. Now add water in it and cook it for another 10 min on low flame.
  7. Then add stuffed mushrooms in it and let it cook for 5 min on low flame. Then Turn off the flame and garnish it with chopped coriander and some French beans.
