- Add the pumpkin seed blend and the ground chia/flax mixture, mixing briskly to prevent formation of lumps. Break down any lumps that form with your wooden spoon. Add water to desired thickness.
- Boil for around 10 minutes until the mixture is very thick and smooth.
- Serve as is with rice, spaghetti etc or use as base for other dishes like the egg dish coming up.
