The ingredients needed to make Gravy paneer:
- Prepare 2 onions,
- Make ready 2 tomatoes,
- Get 1 capcicum for making gravy in mixer
- Make ready 200 gms paneer
- Make ready As needed Oil for tadka
- Take as per taste Salt
- Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Prepare 1/2 tsp each coariander powder, red chili powder, haldi powder
- Make ready 1/2 tsp each garam masala, kasuri methi, kashmiri red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 cup water
Steps to make Gravy paneer:
- Grind all veggies in mixer grinder.
- Take a pan heat it and put oil. Add haldi powder, red chili powder, coariander powder and ginger garlic paste mix all well.
- Add puree/ paste/gravy into it mix it well and cover it. Cook it for 15 to 20 minutes at low flame.
- Cut paneer into equal pieces.
- Add kashmiri red chilli powder and paneer mix it well.
- Add salt and mix it well cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Garnish with kasuri methi.
- Serves hot with chapati/ paratha/naan
