  5. Mox properly till sugar melts, now add butter and vanilla essence
  6. Let it simmer for 5 minutes
  7. You will get a nice glaze on top
  8. Now allow it to cool
  9. Once cold add the cocoa mixture to the biscuits and walnuts
  10. Mix nixely so that everything is soaked and coated properly
  11. Grease a cake tin with butter
  12. Add the biscuit mixture and tap and make the top even
  13. Now refrigerate it for 30 minutes
  14. Take a pan add fresh cream, chocolate and butter
  15. On low flame stir nicely till chocolate melts
  16. Stir in regular intervals to avoid burning
  17. After sometime a nice shiny thick chocolate sauce will be ready
  18. Remove cake tin and spread chocolate ganache on top of pudding spread generously and evenly
  19. Now refrigerate again for 3 hours or till set.
