(Makes just over 1 cup). Again can be used on just about anything but its especially good with gumbo, jambalaya, broiled shrimp and crawfish, blackened fish dishes and french fries and sauces
- Mix all ingredients evenly, then store the all-purpose rub in an airtight container in a cool and dry place for upto 6 months (makes about 3/4 cup). As the name states on all grilling meats.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Store in an airtight container until needed. Good in any type of cooking. Great with meat and poultry and chilli's and soups.
