The ingredients needed to make Tzatziki Sauce:

1. Prepare 1/2 cup sour cream
2. Prepare 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
2. Add more lemon and salt if desired. Sometimes I add a splash of white vinegar to kick up the zip.
3. I know traditional tzatziki is made with nothing but greek yogurt, however i enjoy mixing the 2, bc greek yogurt can be strong if you're not use it. Feel free to only use greek yogurt.
4. Serve with grilled kabobs, or check out my "kefta kabobs" recipe and use as a condiment!!!
5. Also serve with pita chips if desired.
