- Remove the fish from the mix & set aside. Add contents of the bowl to a wok & cook for 1 minute on high heat. Keep it moving avoiding a burn. Add calamari & prawns cook quick over high heat for no more than 2 mins. Remove from heat add chopped coriander lime juice & season. Serve
