- In curd mix chilli powder, amchur, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, kasuri methi.don't mix cornflour and gram flour
- Wash red and green bell peppers, tomato and cut in cube pieces, cut paneer in cube pieces, then marinate tomato, bell peppers and paneer in curd for 1 hour.
- After 1 hour add corn flour and gram flour, mix it again and thread the marinate paneer, tomatoes and bell peppers in skewers alternately..
- On the high flame burner of gas.. hold skewer from one end and roast the paneer, tomato and bell pepper s till it left the Smokey aroma approx it will take 1 and 1/2 minute. You will see the sides will become black..
- Serve it hot..You can remove paneer, bell pepper and tomato from skewer in plate, microwave it for 1 minute and serve it. Enjoy it with you family and friends.
- Tips: you can add onion slice too, and in curd garlic power.You can also add boiled broccoli and baby corn.
