  4. Once done, add in the Mustard Paste & some water & the slit green chillies & keep on sautéing by lowering the flame, putting the lid back & stirring occasionally so as to prevent burning at the bottom of the pan
  5. Once well cooked: turn off the flame & allow it to rest on the oven itself for about 10 mins time before serving it hot with plain boiled rice & dal, etc.
