- Take 500 gm potatoes
- Get As needed Oregano to sprinkle

- Peel and wash the potatoes and cut in lengthwise
- Take out in sprinle oregano and serve it.
- Take a bowl full of water and 1 tbsp salt in it. Soak potatoes in water for half hour atleast.
- Take out in strainer to remove excess water. Take a bowl add potatoes, oil,salt,and oregano and mix well.
- Take a parchment paper or foil place in oven tray and spread all potatoes on it and bake it for 35 mins or till golden brown.
