I used spinach dip just because it was handy instead of the spinach and sour cream seperately. I added a little bit of garlic as well. Add the potatoes to the pot of boiling water. Drain thoroughly and return to the pot.

- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 20 minutes till potatoes are soft and drain excess water
- Mash the potatoes and mix in 1 tablespoon of Rama and 1 cup of water milk into the potatoes until smooth and creamy. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper for taste.
- Next in a large pot add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and the spring onion and garlic cook for 5 minutes and stir occasionally season with 1 tablespoon of salt and pepper
- Until spinach is soft and cooked add 2 tablespoon of Rama. Cook it till Rama has melted.
- In a bowl mix in this a tablespoon of flour, cream and a cup of milk. Wisk ingredients together and stir it into the spinach Simmer over medium heat until mixture thickens, for about 10 minutes.
- Boil the ribs In salt water for 30 min Till water has evaporated. Add a tablespoon of olive oil and add chopped onion and grated ginger and garlic. Stir occasionally
- Add a teaspoon of soy sauce, steak and chops spice, paprika spice and sugar and s 1/4 cup of water and allow it to steam for 5 minutes
- Ready to serve!
Add the potatoes to the pot of boiling water. Drain thoroughly and return to the pot. Add the heavy cream, Monterey Jack cheese, half the Parmesan cheese and half the butter.
