Add chopped green chilly, chopped bottle gourd, chopped tomatoes, Mix it and put the lid on and cook it till soft. A word of caution: overly bitter-tasting Lauki should be discarded and not used for cooking because of a high risk of toxicity linked to high concentration of bitter compounds (cucurbitacins) in it. - Make tadka with cumin seeds green chilli, onion and tomato sauté one by one
- Add tadka in the dal and garnish with butter
- Krela pickle (bitter gourd)
- Cut the 1/2 kg krela in roun pieces mix 1 tsp salt and leave it for one hour
- Now squeeze krela and fry krela in hot oil till golden colour and sliced 2 onion and also little fry in oil
- Now take one tbs oil add 1tsp each ginger garlic chopped each and put fry krela and onion add 1tsp salt, 1tsp turmeric and 2 tsp pickle masala and 2 tbs vinegar and mix well
- When cool store in a dry jar and enjoy with lunch and dinner it’s life is only 4-5 days
