- Place the pork meat into a plastic bag, and season with salt and pepper. Add the katakuriko, and coat the meat evenly. Add ★ to a bowl and mix well to make the sauce.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over a low medium heat, and fry the meat from Step 1 until crispy, while making sure it doesn't clump together. After about 5 minutes, add the carrots.
- Add onions and green peppers, mix to coat the vegetables in oil, then pour the ★ sauce from Step 1.
- It is done once the onions and green peppers have lightly cooked through. You don't need to thicken it with katakuriko!
