- Take spinach, fenugreek and mint leaves. Also, take 2 Green chillies and chop their sticks.
- Wash them thoroughly and finely chop them.
- Now add cottage cheese and all the spices- Asafoetida, cumin seeds, coriander powder, cumin seeds powder, dry ginger powder, chaat masala and salt.
- Mix everything nicely and keep aside. Now take both the flours-wheat and oats.
- Knead a soft medium dough with warm water. The dough should not be very hard. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, knead again for few seconds and then roll out a round shape.
- Make a Patantha in ghee or chapati as per your choice and enjoy hot with Garlic Chutney and spicy Malai dip!
