Instructions to make Indian Egg Roll:
- First make the refined flour / maida, add pinch of salt & water to make a soft dough like roti…
- Now make roti / chapattis from that though (the chapattis should not be more thick or thin) - You are going to get maximum 6 chapattis from 2 cups of maida
- Now hit another pan… Add 1tbsp of oil & those sliced capsicum, cabbage & mushroom. Stir fry them in medium flame. After 2mins add salt to taste, pinch of black pepper, red chilli powder to your taste, soya sauce, garam Masala & coriander leaves. That's it. Don't over cook it. The vegetables should be crunchy.
- Now hit a tawa. Add 1 tbsp of oil. Sprinkle pinch of salt & pinch of black pepper powder to the egg. Break one egg on it. Now add 1 chapatti to the egg. Coat the egg properly one side to the chapatti. And then flip the chapatti & cook the egg properly.
- Now take that egg coated chapatti and put it on a paper. Spread some tomato ketchup over it. And sprinkle some Chaat masala. Then add 1 tbsp of those stir fried veggies & mushroom. Now add some sliced onion & if you want you can add chopped green chillies too.
- Now roll it properly with that paper & that's it your roll is ready to it.
