- Get 1 teaspoon Mexican seasoning
- Make ready 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

- Prepare 1/4 cup or as per your choice grated cheese
- Prepare 2-3 tablespoon sev
- Get Oil for frying
Steps to make Mexican bhel:
- For tortillas prepare little soft dough by mixing all purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, ajwain, oil and enough water. Rest for 10 minutes. Then make equal size balls from it and roll out rotis (3-4 tortillas should be done). Roast both sides on tawa till light brown spots appear.
- Now cut into diamond shape and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown and crisp at low flame. Tortilla chips are ready.
- For salsa mix all ingredients mentioned in ' for salsa '. Keep aside.
- Now in a mixing bowl take boiled rajma, boiled american corn kernels, capsicum, salt, red chili sauce, black pepper powder, and Mexican seasoning. If you don't have Mexican seasoning, add chilli flakes and oregano. Mix well.
- Now add prepared salsa and mix it. Add grated cheese. At the time of serving add tortilla chips and combine well.
