- Add whole garam masala.Now add chopped onion let it cook till light golden brown
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add chopped tomatoes, slit green chillies
- Let the tomatoes tender
- Add all the vdgetables and sprouted moong
- Add turmeric, coriander powder, mint and coriander leaves, salt and mix well
- Add 2 cups of water.
- Let it boil
- Once the water is boiling add soaked rice
- Cookon high flame
- If the water dries, simmer the gas sprinkle kewra water and let it cook on dum mode for 5-7 mins.
- Serve hot with raita
