- Take 1 cup flour (maida)
- Prepare 1/2 cup water

- Prepare the dough my mixing flour, salt, water and oil. Divide the dough in 4 small balls and roll into roti. Cook the roti on tawa for 1/2 mins on medium flame.
- Take the roti and apply pizza sauce on it.
- Add some cheese on it.
- Add your favorite toppings. I've topped it with red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, capsicum, onion and aubergine.
- Place the pizza in an oven at 200 degree for 5-8 mins. Till the cheese melts and the crust becomes nice and crisp. If not using an oven, cook in a pan with a lid on top for 8- 10 mins on low heat.
- Take out the pizza from the oven. Garnish with chilli flakes and herbs and serve hot.
- PS: You can even make this with leftover roti/chapati/pita bread.
