- Slice the pork loins in stripes (I also like to clean up some of the fat).

- Pre heat a pan in High. Add the pork bit by bit to avoid accumulating too much liquid in the pan. Cook it for a good time until cooked and it is golden brown.
- Add the onion and garlic and mix it well. (I usually grind then both together).
- Add the veggies, some salt, black pepper and a good bit of soy sauce and mix well once again. For this recipe I used edamame beans, broccoli and carrots but you could use other veggies as well.
- Turn the heat down to medium, cover the pan cook until the veggies are to your taste. Always mixing from time to time.
